What ingredients are in the cookies?

The foundation of our cookie has flour, baking soda, cornstarch, sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Depending on the cookie, other ingredients including cocoa and/or nuts are included. Our cookies are NOT gluten-free, nut-free, or dairy-free.

Food Allergies

Our cookies are homemade using shared equipment that processes dairy, nuts, eggs, wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.

Cookies will/may contain: Dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, and nuts.

Do you have baking instructions?

Each box contains baking and/or storing instructions. Baking instructions for our all cookies including limited release items are available HERE.

How long does the cookie dough last in the freezer?

Since we don’t use any preservatives or artificial flavors, the cookie dough won’t last forever. Cookie dough is generally good for ~3 months in the freezer (recommended), and about 2 weeks in the fridge.

Can I eat the raw cookie dough?

Our cookie dough is meant to be baked, not eaten raw. Please do not eat our cookie dough raw.

What is your limited release cookie dough schedule?

As a small business, we have limited quantities of cookie dough since everything is homemade. We aim have limited releases monthly.

Do you deliver?

Local delivery in the San Francisco Bay Area is available. Delivery for cookie dough requires a two (2) dozen order minimum.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we offer shipping throughout the entire U.S. Shipping fees will apply.

How long does a shipping normally take?

On average deliveries take 2 business days. Unforeseen circumstances sometimes occur that can affect our delivery times. We will do our best to notify you of any changes or delays. Shipping fees will apply.

The tracker says my order was delivered, but I don‘t have it?

Ordering

Can I order fully baked cookies?

We offer fully baked cookie packs and cookie dough! For special events and catering inquiries, please see our large events/custom orders page.

Can I order just one dozen?

Yes, for pick up. Shipping for cookie dough requires a two (2) dozen order minimum.
